Return & Refund Policy

At Dharmic, every order is packed with care and devotion. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
• Please report any issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
• Once verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Prasad, sacred offerings, and other perishable items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
